Commitment to Ethical Sourcing & Sustainable Business Practices
At MYAURUM GmbH, we are dedicated to maintaining stable, transparent, and responsible business relationships with our suppliers while mitigating risks. This Supplier Declaration serves as a binding commitment for suppliers, including their owners, shareholders, board members, employees, and representatives, ensuring compliance with international ethical, legal, and sustainability standards.
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Responsible Sourcing & Conflict-Free Supply Chain
The supplier guarantees that all delivered products do not contain ores or metals sourced from conflict-affected or high-risk regions (CAHRA) and comply with the OECD’s Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.
- Suppliers must adhere to the CAHRA list, maintained by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Trade (DG TRADE) and updated by RAND Europe.

- The transit of materials through CAHRA-listed regions for MYAURUM GmbH is strictly prohibited.
- Suppliers commit to following the OECD guidelines for responsible mineral sourcing.

- The supplier guarantees legal ownership of all goods delivered to MYAURUM GmbH. If the ultimate beneficiary is a different entity, it must be disclosed.
- The supplier ensures that all business operations comply with applicable laws, including export regulations and ethical sourcing policies.
- The supplier confirms that supplied products are not classified as cultural heritage artifacts and have not been obtained through illegal or unethical means.
Environmental Responsibility & ESG Commitment
- The supplier commits to environmental protection measures, actively embracing sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
- Suppliers must prevent the supply of products linked to illegal, unethical, or criminal activities.
Ethical Business Practices & Human Rights Protection
Suppliers must not offer, facilitate, or engage in bribery or corruption, whether directly or through intermediaries, when dealing with public officials or private sector entities.
Child labor is strictly prohibited. The supplier guarantees compliance with International Labour
Organization (ILO) standards.

The supplier ensures that all employees receive at least the legally mandated minimum wage and operate under fair labor conditions.
Certification & Compliance
The supplier confirmes to follow the rules and internationally recognized certification of the underneath organizations.

The supplier supports the principles of sustainable and conflict-free gold production and processing as established by LBMA, LPPM, and RJC.
Material Purity & Contaminant Limits
MYAURUM GmbH enforces strict contaminant limits for all supplied materials. If these thresholds are exceeded, the material will either be rejected or require further examination.
Key Contaminant Limits:
- Mercury (Hg): <1 ppm – otherwise, the material will not be accepted.
- Lead (Pb): <3000 ppm – otherwise, a preliminary assessment is required.
- Nickel (Ni): <15% – otherwise, a preliminary assessment is required.
